'You Can Find Inspiration in Everything...and If You Can't, Look Again! ' PAUL SMITH

'You Can Find Inspiration in Everything...and If You Can't, Look Again! '  book is a powerful insight into the way Paul Smith sees. I'm not sure I really understood before this book just how great it feels being able to see everything as an inspiration. I didn't understand his fascination with Japan, now I want to know more about japan and other cultures.

Etsy - success driven comminity with great support netwrok. I recently found this designer maker which reminded me of ornatments i would collect when i was younger. Beautiful primitive, hand made, nostalgia.

--------------------------------------------
Like a lot of people on Etsy, I've always felt drawn to creative things. even as a little kid, I'd put patters on my drawings in obsessive detail. I love patterns and unexpected colour combinations. My pendants often incorporate both those things, as well as my belief that jewelry should be fun! I draw my inspiration from: my obsessive love of finches, patterns found in nature, fairytales, travel and a million other things. When I look at anything, I'm usually thinking about how I could translate at least part of that into a pendant.
